Data controller

Zentia SpA, domiciled in the Ñuñoa commune, Santiago, Chile, is responsible for processing the personal data collected on this site. Contact: ignacio@zentialab.cl.

What data we collect

What we use it for

To respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, to coordinate a meeting or a pilot evaluation. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.

Who we share it with

Only with providers necessary to operate the site and email, including hosting and form services, who process it on our behalf. On the production site, Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against abuse; it is not used as an analytics tool. Some of these providers may store data outside Chile.

How long we keep it

Contact data, for as long as necessary to manage your inquiry or any resulting business relationship. It is then deleted. We do not currently store analytics data. If a tool is added, its retention period will not exceed 14 months and will be disclosed in this policy.

Cookies

The technical mechanisms required for the site to function and to protect the form are not used for analytics. There are currently no active analytics cookies. If an analytics service is added, your consent will be requested before it is loaded.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, objection or portability of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to ignacio@zentialab.cl. We will respond within the timeframes set by Chilean personal data protection law.
